Delivered digital products, hosted experiences, downloads, classes, replays, Build Weeks and bundles are generally intended to be non-refundable after access, subject to applicable law and qualifying exceptions. This is a draft policy, not a universal claim that digital purchases cannot be refunded.

Contact support for duplicate transactions, failed delivery, technical access problems or seller-initiated cancellation. Applicable remedies and legal rights are not excluded.

Session rescheduling notice periods, cancellation deadlines, deposit terms, VIP payment schedules and the refund request process must be confirmed before purchase. Installment refunds and outstanding balances follow the agreed service scope and lawful payment terms.
